Our company leverages TenantTurner to streamline our rental advertising process. By syndicating our listings to all major rental advertisement agencies such as Zillow, Rental Beast, Zumper.etc we ensure maximum visibility and reach for our properties.
Rent Collection
We allow multiple avenues for tenants to pay rent invcluding the conveince of autodraft through our property management software to make paying rent easy. We also have a PO Box for tenants who prefer to drop off rent.
Inspections
We complete 2 semi annual inspections a year. During inspections we utilize Property Inspector app that integrates directly with owner portals on Buildium within 72 hours of the inspection to help owners have quick access to inspection reports.
Tenant Screening
Our preset screening criteria ensure that we select tenants for our homes. By carefully evaluating each applicant, we aim to create a living environment for everyone involved. Trust us to find the right fit for your property, making the rental process smooth and efficient.
Maintenance

We utilize the GAAR lease form which is updated to all rules and regulations for the state of NM. We do not stray from the terms outlined in the lease to ensure a smooth process for all.

Owners can sign in with the app or on a web browser, submit a request, update their contact info/mailing address, pull up a document all in one easy place.
